The Revolution Tour

On Tuesday 28th of May we had the Revolution Tour in our School  with Reggie Dabbs. He went to our school to talk about Hope, Bullying and his life of how how he got bullied and how his mum abused him, He is a really funny, nice and super talented. He has a big bright smile that makes people happy but behind that bright smile is a heart breaking childhood that no one knew.

We did lot's of activity with Reggie, We listened to some songs while he played the saxophone like Just The Way you are, Let It Go and Kiki do you love me, then we had to play a game Throw your friends under the bus. We had to pick four different people that we think that were athlete, smart, funny, shy and a teacher. The people who got picked were 2 boys 2 girls (sorry i don't really know their names except Liyan) then Miss Tozer also got picked for the teacher then all of them had to answer a question all of them got it right then he told us his story of how he got bullied and abused by his mother and how his mother only loved his Brothers, a lot of us cried one of them was me.

That was super fun i can't wait to do it next year. :P

A War within Mewni

As I went outside and saw People running and screaming in terror, destroyed homes. Guards fighting for their kingdom, People dying, fire spreading everywhere. I ran to the castle and tried to find the King and Queen but nowhere to be found. Their were Broken items like  ripped photos of their family, broken walls and shattered lights. I Heard fighting from the top floor…….

Please give me feedback of what I could improve.:)

LO: Adding and subtracting using 5 facts.

this DLO is about using fives in every question like 5...15..

• First you come up a question like “ 19 + 5 = “
• Then you break down the 19 into piece you also  don’t need to break down the 5 because it is already 5.
• Then we add them back together using fives like ( 15 + 4) (-5)
• Then we add all the fives together  (15 + 5 = 20) (20 + 4 = 24)
• It’s also the same with take away

Ex. 18 - 5 =

( 15 + 3) ( - 5 )

15 + 5 = 20

20 + 3 = 23

1) 15 - 7=

(-15) ( 5+2)

15 - 5 = 10

10 + 2 = 8

Kumusta, Everyone  today i will be talking about Pink shit day and how do people support pink shirt day.

*  What sorts of things make a good friend? a good friend can help you, support you, cheer for you and always be their for you when you need them.

* What do the people who care about us do? The people who care of you will help you and respect you, cheer for you too and always be their for you when you are sad.

* How do we know they've got our backs? we know that if they've got our backs they would be always there for us and help us when we are struggling.

* What don't they do? Fake friends will say mean words to you and try to bully you and would leave you even if you need their help.

* What do you think being an ' out stander' means? I think being an out stander mean's that when people get bullied you stand up to defend them and help them

* How did the Pink Shirt boys show that they were good friends? the Pink Shirt boys supported the guy that got bullied and also encouraged other students to help them.

I hope you guys could also support other students that were bullied in your school.

PE Hurumanu Reflection Blog

Hi, Today will be reflecting my learning on PE Hurumanu.

Bench ball
On my first day of PE we played Bench ball we had to were bibs and their were different types of color's. Their were Light Blue, Yellow, Pink, Dark Blue, Green, Orange and Dark Orange and non bibs. I was grouped with boys I was the only girl at that team and we were wearing the Red bibs. Bench ball is a game were one person in your team has to stand on a bench and you have to try to throw the ball to your partner without the other team trying to steal the ball from your team and if the person in your team catches the ball that you threw at him you also get to stand on the bench and any of your team can throw it to you or the other person and if all of your team mates got on the bench then you win.










Multi Sport
We did multi sport last week and last term, so basically multi sport is your whole class will be sitting on a bench and then the teacher will call out a sports ball and also call out numbers of how much people can do the game.

I don't really have a picture for Multi sport.

We also played a game kinda similar to Ki o Rahi I don't really  know what the game is called but it's similar. I played that game last week on Friday It was another game that we had to wear bibs but I was with the non bibs the game is wear you have a ball and the big cone in the centre and one of your team mates have to try and guard the cone from the other team and the others have to try to throw the ball to the other team's cone and try to knock the cone down.

Music Hurumanu ASMR Questions

Hi, today i will be answering questions about ASMR Music Hurumanu.

Blog Questions:

1) Have you heard of ASMR before? Yes I have heard of ASMR.

2) What did you feel when you listened to the ASMR music? It felt relaxing and sounded really good and it had a soft voice and tune.

3) Is this something you'd like to try making? Yes I would like to try making my own ASMR with slime and soap crunching.

I really want to try ASMR but i still don't know how to do an ASMR properly but i'll try my best. :)

Hi, today i will be talking about integrity and ways to do integrity to everybody.

* Having integrity means telling the truth and be honest to people and to your self, trying your best even if you think you can't do like sports and other stuff.

* You can show integrity at school by doing the right thing when your teacher is watching and even if no one is watching.

* Three ways I have shown integrity are doing the right thing even if no ones watching and being honest to everyone and trying my best in cross country.

I hope I could show more ways to do integrity but this is all I'e got for today.
