What interested you about this topic? I'm interested in this topic because I would like to learn about their culture.
key ideas that you find about the topic? the key Ideas that I found about Samoan patterns are that each of them has a unique and special story.
Why is this significant to the people of Samoa? It's important for us to celebrate Samoan Language week is to show people from Samoa that we appreciate them and care about them.
How does your topic compare to New Zealand’s equivalent? Although New Zealand's patterns and Samoa's patterns are quite similar, New Zealand's patterns commonly have curvy shapes, repeating while Samoan patterns are more of a mix of patterns in one.

  1. Hi Zoe, i love how thoughtful your comments are about the difference in the tattoos and how they tell the story of the person wearing it. I would have loved to have seen some pictures of different examples as that really reinforces the points that you are making in your post.
